Eat Well


Our food philosophy encompasses more than just food. We realise that good health involves eating well, moving more and feeling good through a healthy mind. When it comes to eating well, our approach is:


  • Whole food first, supplements second
  • Enjoy all foods, some less often than others
  • Use portion control to meet energy needs
  • Consistency is key, healthy choices most of the time
  • Appreciate food and listen to hunger
  • Share food with others without distraction
  • Lead by example and influence others - create power with numbers
  • If you can’t control temptation, remove it

We strive to educate our clients throughout their journey with DietitianChong so they too can start a healthy eating journey that stays with them for life!

Create a smart and sustainable plan to get you moving more.

Our approach is:

  • Participate in planned physical activity
  • Mix it up regularly with activities you enjoy or push you out of your comfort zone
  • Grab a partner and motivate each other
  • Get up out of your seat every few hours
  • Introduce more incidental movement through active transport, stairs not lifts and regular novel prompts
  • Track your daily steps and aim for 10,000 a day
